Park City Office

The attorneys in the PARK CITY OFFICE of Jones Waldo offer a spectrum of legal services to individuals, businesses and government entities throughout the Summit County and Wasatch County regions. We provide the personalized service of a small, hometown firm, but have the expertise—backed up by our 80-attorney Salt Lake City office—to solve a vast array of legal issues. And, because we live and work in the community, we know how to meet the need of our local clients. We are located in the middle of Park City’s business district for convenient and easy access.

The attorneys headquartered in our Park City office include Greg Cropper, Robert Dillon, Eric Lee, Alex Natt and Deacon Haymond. Dillon and Lee joined the firm in January of 2010, expanding an already full ledger of legal services. Both attorneys practiced previously in Park City for many years, and have over 50 years of practice experience between them. With the addition of these two long-time Park City residents we are more equipped than ever to provide the unique legal services required by the Summit County and Wasatch County communities.

Areas of strength for the office include resort and leisure development, real estate, construction, litigation, employment, outdoor sports, estates and trusts and environmental law.

Our rich history began in the late nineteenth century with the partnership of Joseph L. Rawlins and Ben Sheeks. These two attorneys were popular in the Summit County area and worked on cases involving everything from property disputes among miners to irrigation rights to criminal defense; our oldest documented Park City case was a miner wage claim. This and many other cases throughout the last century illustrate how we have laid the foundation for a practice in Summit and Wasatch Counties that our firm has nurtured and grown for many years.
